村上躍 / Yaku Murakami

1967年、東京都生まれ。現在は長野県にて作陶。

丹念に手びねりで形づくられる花器は、簡素で清らかな美しさをたたえ、空間に静かな気配をもたらします。

一つとして同じもののない整然とした佇まいは、花を生けることでさらに豊かな表情を見せます。日常の空間に凛とした美を添えながら、オブジェのように独自の存在感を放つ作品です。

Born in Tokyo in 1967. Currently based in Nagano, where she continues her ceramic practice.
Her vases, carefully hand-built with great attention, embody a simple and pure beauty that brings a quiet presence into the space.

Each piece, unique and orderly in its form, reveals an even richer expression when paired with flowers. While adding a dignified beauty to everyday surroundings, the works also stand as objects in their own right, radiating a distinctive presence.
