現代陶芸作家・尾形アツシによる黒地刷毛目は、黒土で成形した器に白化粧を刷毛で一気に走らせることで生まれる、唯一無二の表情を持つ作品です。勢いのある刷毛の軌跡が力強いリズムを刻み、作家の息づかいをそのまま閉じ込めたような躍動感と生命力が宿っています。

季節の花や植物が放つ瑞々しい生命力は、尾形アツシの花器に込められたエネルギーと呼応し、見る者に深い感動をもたらします。

尾形アツシ / Atsushi Ogata

1960年、東京都生まれ。現在は奈良県宇陀市にて作陶。

鉄分を多く含む原土の力強さを生かし、粉引きや刷毛目の技法を用いたうつわを制作しています。

薪窯で焼き締められた花器は、静かでありながら確かな存在感をもち、花を引き立てるだけでなく、置かれる空間そのものを豊かに変えていきます。建築的な線と自然の質感が融合した造形は、モダンなインテリアにも調和し、暮らしに奥行きと静謐な美を添えてくれます。

Born in Tokyo in 1960. Currently based in Uda, Nara, creating ceramics.

Harnessing the strength of locally sourced clay rich in iron, the artist produces vessels using traditional techniques such as kohiki (white slip) and hakeme (brush stroke slip).

The wood-fired vases, with their quiet yet undeniable presence, not only enhance the beauty of the flowers they hold but also enrich and transform the atmosphere of the surrounding space. Their forms, where architectural lines meet the textures of nature, harmonize seamlessly with modern interiors, bringing depth and a serene beauty into daily life.
