Designed by Børge Mogensen in 1958, “The Spanish Chair (Model 2226)” is one of Mogensen’s most iconic works.

Inspired by traditional Spanish chairs, this piece is characterized by its substantial oak frame and wide leather armrests, embodying the quiet strength and timeless elegance for which Mogensen is renowned.

While its structure is linear and powerful, the chair offers a remarkable sense of calm stability and comfort when seated, creating a gentle yet commanding presence within a space.

The wood and leather have developed a rich patina over time, allowing you to appreciate the depth, texture, and character that only age and use can create.
