Description
Dimensions / W 300mm × D 300mm × H 355mm
A stool designed by Swedish designer Ingvar Hildingsson and produced around the 1970s.
The piece is distinguished by its generously thick solid wood seat and its primitive yet sculptural form, embodying a quiet and timeless presence.
The organically carved contours of the seat and the balance of the sturdy yet softly shaped legs reflect the understated beauty and craftsmanship characteristic of Nordic furniture design.
Over time, the wood has developed a deep patina, subtle marks, and expressive grain patterns, giving the piece the rich character and warmth unique to vintage furniture.
While possessing the presence of an object or sculpture within a space, the natural materiality of the wood allows it to blend in quietly and harmoniously with its surroundings.
Please note that, as shown in the photographs, there are scratches and signs of aging throughout the piece. We kindly ask that these characteristics be appreciated as part of the unique charm and authenticity of a vintage item before purchase.
Regarding shipping for furniture pieces: after purchase, shipping costs and any additional handling fees will be calculated separately according to the delivery region and provided to the customer.
Please note that we are unable to ship to Okinawa or remote islands.
